In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to Ed Grabowski’s real estate communications and inquiry handling with Preferred Shore Real Estate.

SWFloridaFineHomes.com also uses website and property-search services provided by Real Geeks. Real Geeks’ separate Privacy Policy and Terms of Use remain available and describe its website platform, account, and related practices. This policy provides additional information about the inquiries and text conversations that we handle. It does not replace the Real Geeks policies.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, mobile or other phone number, email address, property address, the content of your messages, and information you choose to share about your real estate goals or appointment preferences. We may also retain a record of when and how you contacted us, your requests for help, and your text-message consent or opt-out.

The Text Ed button opens a prepared message in your device’s messaging app. Selecting the button alone does not send us your number or the message. We receive your mobile number and message only if you choose to press Send in that app. Other website functions, such as property-search accounts or forms, may collect information under the Real Geeks policy linked above.
